Polymer granules, from oil, are used according to the composition required for the fabric.
Polymer granules are melted to make a smooth paste. This paste is then poured through a perforated sheet which creates the thread. This thread is then finished before being stored on reels.
This part of the complex is in contact with the feet. The thread obtained in this way is knit in accordance with the intended use. The choice depends on the seasonal needs: spring/summer or autumn/winter.
Comfort foam is glued to the knit that was created in the previous step. The foam is very airy, and creates thermal insulation that provides effective protection against the cold.
Lamination protects the membrane from external frictions due to the movements of the shoes when walking.
Finally, the last step consists of applying the waterproof membrane on the knit in contact with the feet. This last step ensures total waterproofing and breathability of the manufactured complex.
