InnovationNovadry Concept , an innovation which increases breathability by 30 % of the hiking boot , while keeping their waterproof properties.

Explanation for user X :
Need for breathability : 3/5
Corresponds to: activity requiring a sustained effort such as running
- high production of water vapour (due to the
evaporation of perspiration)
- use of components with breathability between RET 6 and RET 4, which corresponds in the standard
to extremely breathable membrane complexes.

It is the combination of several layers of fabric (most commonly by bonding) to get a structure with the properties of
the many bonded layers.
A component can be fabric, composite...
At NOVADRY, our speciality is waterproof/breathable components, as we combine textile layers that possess waterproof, water repellent and breathable properties.
The Novadry design rules define the technology to use with the aim of meeting the needs required by the sport as fairly as possible, to provide the user with maximum comfort when practising.
In effect, depending on the targeted sport, there will be a tendency to use a 2-layer complex to obtain flexibility and elasticity (stretch) in the product. There will be a tendency to use a 2.5-layer complex to obtain lightweight and compressible products. There will be a tendency to use a 3-layer complex to obtain a robust and resistant product.
Always depending on the targeted sport and, in particular, the level of effort that it requires, beyond a breathable component for all sports where the need for breathability is high, we include ventilations (via zip openings in the product, for example) situated in strategic places on the body, where the need for breathability is at its greatest.
