MORE TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Waterproof properties of the component
the resistance of a fabric to water pressure is measured by the height of a column of water in mm (test based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more the fabric is waterproof. A component with a waterproof measure of 2000mm withstands the pressure of 2000mm of water (that is approximately equivalent to a 2-hour downpour.
Water-resistance of the component
the water-resistance of a fabric is its capacity to allow water to glide over its surface, without absorbing it. The textile therefore does not become soaked with wateer and remains lightweight, breathable and warm. Water-resistance is obtained by applying a coating to the exterior of the fabric. This coating will need to be renewed during the garment's lifespan (on average after 2-3 washes). You will find these products in our stores. All Quechua jackets are water-resistant coated.
Pockets
 2 pockets for the hands.
Ease of fit
zips on ankles: you can put on and remove the trousers without taking off your shoes.
